The Other Hours is a youth basketball training companion for families, built by A.P Holdings. We designed it to collect nothing.
We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers. Everything stays on your device.
Training records, measurements, and discomfort logs are stored locally on the iPhone only. Deleting the app deletes them. They are never uploaded anywhere.
Location. With your permission, the app checks the device location once when training starts, only to label the session with a place name you chose yourself (such as "Home" or "Gym"). Coordinates and place names are stored only on the device and are never transmitted. Location permission is optional; the app works fully without it.
Notifications. With your permission, the app schedules a local weekly reminder for the guardian report at a time you choose. This happens entirely on your device.
Family sync. If you use two devices (for example a child's phone and a parent's phone), records move between them only as a file that you export and send yourself, by AirDrop, messenger, or any method you choose. No server is involved, and nothing is sent automatically.
Guardian report. The weekly report leaves the device only when you create the report image and share it yourself.
None. No SDKs, no trackers, no analytics, no ads.
The app is designed for parents managing their child's training together with their child. It does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children — because it collects no data at all.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.

The Other Hours(이하 "앱")는 A.P Holdings가 만든 유소년 농구 훈련 앱입니다. 앱은 아무런 개인정보도 수집하지 않도록 설계되었습니다.
앱은 개인정보를 수집·저장·전송·판매·공유하지 않습니다. 계정, 분석 도구, 광고, 서버가 없습니다. 모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기 안에만 있습니다.
훈련 기록, 측정 기록, 불편 부위 기록은 iPhone에만 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
위치. 허용 시, 훈련 시작 순간에 한 번 위치를 확인하여 사용자가 직접 붙인 장소 이름("집", "체육관" 등)을 기록에 표시하는 데만 사용합니다. 좌표와 장소 이름은 기기에만 저장되며 전송되지 않습니다. 위치 권한 없이도 모든 기능이 동작합니다.
알림. 허용 시, 지정한 시간에 주간 리포트 알림이 기기 내에서 로컬로 예약됩니다.
가족 간 동기화. 아이 폰과 보호자 폰을 따로 쓰는 경우, 기록은 사용자가 직접 내보낸 파일을 에어드롭·메신저 등 원하는 방법으로 전달할 때만 이동합니다. 서버를 거치지 않으며 자동 전송은 없습니다.
보호자 리포트는 사용자가 직접 이미지를 만들어 공유할 때만 기기 밖으로 나갑니다.

이 앱은 부모가 아이와 함께 훈련을 관리하도록 설계되었습니다. 아동을 포함한 누구의 데이터도 수집하지 않습니다 — 애초에 아무 데이터도 수집하지 않기 때문입니다.
